2018-01-19If the target creature is an illegal target by the time Crashing Tide tries to resolve, the spell doesnât resolve. You wonât draw a card.
2018-01-19Once you announce that youâre casting Crashing Tide, players canât try to remove your Merfolk to make it lose flash until youâre done casting it. If it loses flash after itâs been cast, it will still resolve if able.
