Card Rulings
2021-09-24Exiling the card isn't required to get the Spider token. You just do so if you can. If that card isn't in its owner's graveyard as the ability is resolving, you just create the Spider token.
2021-09-24The controller of Curse of Clinging Webs gets the Spider token. This may not be the same player as the enchanted player.
